A well established and reputable Remodeling company located in Stamford, CT has an immediate need for a full time Junior Costing Clerk with a degree in Accounting, Finance or other related field. The Cost Accounting Clerk will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing product information for accuracy in detail and pricing; other responsibilities will include data entry and general office tasks. Additionally the Clerk position will be required to provide support for special projects as assigned and assist the Office Manager as needed
The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities –
A degree in accounting, finance or related field
Knowledge of database management and record keeping procedures
Knowledge of superior customer service principles
Strong organizational, time management and troubleshooting skills
Ability to manage competing priorities under strict deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Exceptional oral and written communication skills a must
Reliability and dependability is essential
Must have a valid driver’s license and car
